HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
Your first step to booking extensions is going to be filling out a new client intake form. This is going to give us both the information that we need to hop on a consult call together where we can give you more information and get an appointment booked!
WHAT KIND OF HAIR EXTENSIONS DO YOU OFFER?
Beaded weft extensions using custom extension wefts. We install a hidden bead method that is customized to enhance your natural hair with color, thickness and/or length! The blend is so seamless that it looks like its growing out of your head. No heat, tape or glue is needed, causing less opportunity for any damage.
WHAT MAKES YOUR SERVICE DIFFERENT THAN EVERYONE ELSE'S?
Client experience is huge for us. Not only do we want you to look good, but feel good as well! Every appointment starts with a moment of wellness... An invigorating scalp massage to stimulate your hair follicles and prep you for your service. New installs include lunch and refreshments since you will be here for a while. :) During your service, not only is your hair being colored, but each extension weft is custom colored to ensure a seamless blend into your natural hair. The hair that is used has DOUBLE the grams of a standard weft while still maintaining a thin top, meaning your hair will be nice and full without the bulk. After your install, you will be trained on how to maintain your extensions at home and be sent home with a home care bag (valued at $325) with ALL of the hair products that you will need to maintain your hair at home!
WILL THESE EXTENSIONS DAMAGE MY HAIR?
Let's be honest, anything that we do to our hair has the potential to create damage when done improperly... even brushing. We have perfected our installs and use minimal points of contact to ensure a healthy grow out of your natural hair. When following our home care instructions and using the products that we recommend, you can expect to see substantial improvement with your natural hair.
I HAVE SUPER FINE HAIR, CAN I WEAR EXTENSIONS?
Yes!!! Majority of extension wearers have fine hair. The wefts are very lightweight so you won't feel any pulling while wearing the extensions. If we are ever concerned about the density/thickness of your hair, we will always request that you come to the salon for an in person consultation. We will never apply extensions to the hair if you are actively loosing a large quantity of hair strands or don't have enough hair to cover the wefts.
CAN I WEAR MY NATURAL WAVE/CURL WITH EXTENSIONS?
Absolutely! We work with tons of different hair extensions to ensure a seamless blend that can be worn blown out or natural!
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WEFTS AND ROWS?
>Wefts are pieces of hair.
>Rows are the foundation that is created with beads and your hair around your head.
>The wefts are sewn onto the rows
HOW MANY WEFTS OR ROWS WILL I NEED?
This will be determined after submitting your online application! It's different for everyone, and depends on your current hair condition and what your end goal with the extensions are.
One row is used when wanting to achieve thickness and a natural length change, 2+ rows are installed when you are wanting a length and thickness change thats a little more drastic.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
Your first appointment will be a one of a kind service. You can expect a full day of pampering with robes, champagne, refreshments and lunch! Your install will include high quality human hair extensions that have been custom colored specifically for your hair. You will receive a color refresh or change with high end luxury hair color that will leave your locks soft and shiny. When your install is complete, you will have one on one training so that there is no confusion on how to properly maintain your hair at home, and will leave with a home care box full of all of the products/tools that you will need to ensure longevity with your extensions.
HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?
This is again something that varys person to person. The only way to get an accurate quote, is to submit the online application where you will then receive a personalized hair journey for you and your situation. You can see price quotes under the service tab or intake form.
HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?
With proper home care, the extension hair can last 6-9+ months. The lighter the hair, the sooner you will have to replace it. A detailed home care sheet/training, as well as home care products will be provided at your first appointment to ensure success at home.
WHAT IS THE MAINTENANCE OF THE EXTENSIONS?
Maintence appointments occur every 6-8 weeks. These appointments will consist of taking out your extensions, scalp and shoulder massage, detox & hair treatment, color refresh + re installation. Maintenance appointment pricing will be discussed during your phone consultation after filling out an online application
CAN I WEAR MY HAIR IN A PONYTAIL?
Absolutely. Hair is placed on the rounds of the head allowing for a low OR high pony! The beads are also totally concealed so even if you have baby fine hair, you shouldn't be able to tell the extensions are in your hair. If you are someone that pulls your hair up everyday for work/the gym, you may need to come in sooner for moveups than someone that primarily wears their hair down.
HOW WILL WORKING OUT AFFECT MY EXTENSIONS?
Homecare when working out will just look a little different and might have a few extra steps. You will need to blow-dry your extensions after working out and may need to come in at a maximum of 6 weeks for moveups. You can wear your hair in a pony, bun or braid while working out with no concerns. I love my extensions at the gym. A thick pony/bun just adds that much more confidence to your gym sesh.

We would still love to have you in the salon, but we want to fully disclose that no results can be guaranteed. The integrity of the hair is always our top priority, and with box color, we have less control over the outcome. After you fill out the intake form, we will get in touch and most likely schedule you for a test strand appointment to see what is possible.

At this time, we are only offering this service to our current hair extension clients. Every extension method is applied differently, and we wouldn’t want to risk or be liable for anything happening to your extensions if applied by someone else.

We have created a service special for our curly haired girls. As fellow curly hair girls, we know firsthand the extra TLC our curls need, whether you're embracing them naturally or blowing them out. Curly hair often lacks natural oils, making us more prone to dry scalp and hair. That's why we've created a treatment to deeply hydrate both, ensuring your hair stays healthy and grows beautifully. HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET A HEAD SPA TREATMENT?
